Who is your all time favorite character from a film? Who left a mark on you due to their fantastic portrayl of this character? I would have to say my favorite character is Brody from "Jaws". He was a man fighting not out the politics of a small resort town, but a killer shark. It is amazing that he made it out alive.

I love the thread (and Jaws too; it's in my top 5 fave movies. Me=Spielberg fan). It's impossible for me to choose a favorite, but the character who influences me most is Alex DeLarge from A Clockwork Orange. I love the book the movie is based on, I love the character, and I thought Malcolm McDowell was brilliant in the role. Stand by Me is my favorite movie of all time, and the characters and story have an impact on me for sure.
