Well I've now learnt my father was B+ which is more prevalent in the Baltic where his original family came from while my mother is O+. That narrows down my options but will have to ask the doctor if it's recorded for me when they took my blood. Reply #128. Feb 25 18, 9:51 PM |

I am A1, Rh positive. There are subgroups of blood types. If you ever want to investigate them for yourself it is rather fascinating. I am the most common type of A subgroup. I only learned this when I went to college to become a medical technologist. I work in a hospital laboratory in the chemistry department but I rotated through the immunohematology (bloodbank) department.
