Yes, Daver, he came across as a very nice person, and the family he left behind are the same way and very popular here in Australia. It looks as if his son is going to follow in his father's footsteps,

I always loved his enthusiasm. He had a great joy of life. My wife wept when he left us. His children and wife are wonderful people.

He was such a likable man. Hyper, but likable :) His daughter was a joy to watch on Dancing With The Stars....which she won!

He always seemed like a lovely man with tons of enthusiasm. However I always thought he was unnecessarily reckless and always thought that one day I would turn on the news and hear he was killed.
However I never expected it to be a Ray, I would have thought a snake or crocodile would get him.
Sad loss though.
