Subject: The new "match" format

The new "match" format seems to be ideal for quizzes along the lines of "Match the book with the author" but I saw that one of the notes is "Please avoid quizzes that are just a collection of 'Who wrote ---?' or 'Which of these titles did X write?' "
I can fully understand that note in the context of the other formats but not for the "match" format - probably the note was written before the new format was created.
Would a "Match the book with the author" quiz in the new format be acceptable?

I think writing the editors of the Literature category might be more helpful.

All ten questions of "who wrote Title?" might be acceptable and I've seen several match quizzes like that but they are boring. I rate accordingly.

Maybe a bit of the plot instead as the Q?

Thanks for the response. How do you find out who the editors of any category are? Is there a list somewhere?

The highest level page for any category lists the editors for that category. In Literature they are MotherGoose, LeoDaVinci, looney_tunes, LadyCaitriona.

Thanks Lottie. I'd never noticed that before.
