My favourite band ....can't see a thread on here for them ( not many quizzes in quiz section either ) . They do seem to be a band that over time has by and large been forgotten - written out of punk history by many as they were more on the periphery and not an inner circle band , considered too good to be punk but too badly behaved not to be punk . Many classic songs written by the band .... and believe it or not still going on 40 years later and still touring .

Ooh hello,just found this page today and stumbled across The Stranglers.Was a BIG fan untill... trumpets and when Hugh left,i never liked the other guys singing,and i think the last album i bought was Aural Sculpture? dint have tho borrowed Dreamtime. there was a fellah on Mastermind last week Stranglers was his specialist subject Reply #1.
