Whether you watch the English Premier League or La Liga or anywhere the World the 18/19 season is starting or has started for many in Europe at least with the preliminary Champions League qualifiers.

Some superb games in the Champions League this week. Porto 1 Liverpool 4. Manchester City 4 Tottenham Hotspur 3. The aggregate score at the end of that match was 4-4 with Spurs going through on away goals. Man. City had a last minute goal disallowed as offside after a VAR check. C30. Yes it was Man City. I made a typo. Well at least the FA cup final involved 2 teams playing well and there were lots of goals. It was one sided but I've seen far more boring games in the past where teams were nervous and defensive, playing it safe all the time until someone made a mistake and let a goal through. Reply #34.
