Happily I found a small piece of scrap paper with my words on it. I have lists, quiz ideas, bits of trivia and puzzle workings all over the place. Like many of you, I'd bet. They are very funny out of context. Reply #25. Mar 16 19, 3:07 PM |

I've had my first two questions ready to go up since late last Thursday night but could not upload because I already had five questions impacted in the queue. This morning (Sunday), one spot opened in my queue so I elevated "Chinese five-spice powder" into Hobbies. There is no room for my remaining question so I (like gracious1) will learn the virtue of patience while waiting to lift it up and claim another pair ... altho I am lusting after a particular pair and hope no one claims them before me. O frabjous day! A single spot in the single-question queue opened up and I popped "praline" up to the Hobbies pipeline for editing. Now may I please have "crab apple" and "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari" please? Reply #34. Mar 17 19, 9:14 PM |

For some reason, I sensed you wanted 'Caligari' and avoided it. Probably for the best; I think I already talked about it (or maybe just German Expressionism) in a film theory quiz from way back. Reply #35. Mar 17 19, 9:40 PM |

I wonder if we each made a list of all the words we've chosen, what patterns would emerge. :) Wait a second. I can guess half of us have such a list. Someone has an Excel sheet too. :) If so, pattern? Reply #37. Mar 18 19, 7:57 AM |

I have all my submitted words on a word file. I never thought about a pattern, just picked words that I would like to write a question with and some all time favorites, like Dr Caligari and Das Kabinett! :) Reply #38. Mar 18 19, 11:34 AM |
