It's that time again. FunTrivia is looking for authors crazy enough to brave the quiz-writing equivalent of a Ninja Warrior finals course.
If you have been itching to get rid of the rest of your hair, are suffering from low blood pressure or just feel like you'd want to expose yourself to some authoring tasks that the Race has rejected as too difficult while a timer is mercilessly ticking down, you'll feel right at home in the Sprint IV: Rivals.
You can tackle that course alone or with one or two friends, and we're offering several difficulty levels from merely challenging to completely insane.
The reward is that warm cozy feeling you get from having braved one of the hardest challenges available, plus a better than normal chance at an Editor's Choice (races and sprints have been hotbeds for those in the past) and a very high chance your quizzes will later be featured in an optional stage of the Great Quiz Race game.
It starts on February 29, tasks are started every four days, and within that window, you can pick your own starting date and time for each task, so there's no need to be up in the wee hours of the night just to get a good time. With nine tasks and a 4-day clock on each, it'll thus run into early April.
Just beware - this is NOT for beginning or struggling authors. You need to have writing and submission down at least to the point where you can more often than not get your quizzes online the first try, or you will likely not be able to maintain the required pace.
