It is with great regret that I have to inform you that Terraorca, one of the Chatboard regulars, died on 24th December 2020 as a result of the Covid-19 virus. Terraorca was an active participant on these boards, both on general issues and specific topics related to FT games and badges.
He also had some virtual blogs, one of which was about the weather; he was in fact a certified "severe weather spotter" in Ohio and as a result was interested in weather patterns worldwide.
Over the years, Terraorca was on a number of FT teams so will have been known to many of you. Please accept the Admin Team's condolences on your loss.

What a heart break, that covid has robbed us all of another wonderful person. I'm so sorry for his family and friends. I'm sorry we will suffer an on-going loss here as well. I am so sorry to have missed the news of Mark's death from Covid. He was always engaged and interesting to talk to. Though I didn't know him well, he touched me deeply by being one of the first to post his sympathy when my mother had a stroke in mid November, 2021. Just saw this and I am saddened by this news. I remember Terraorca from way back when I first joined FT. I saw him posting here on the chatboards quite often back then and he seemed like a very nice person. Today is December 23rd so tomorrow will be three years exactly since Terra's passing.
