Here's my India quiz, just placed online: https://www.funtrivia.com/quiz/world/wonderful-world-heritage-sites-of-india-415301.html It's a non-Geography (World) Collection quiz, so it covers two bases :-)! I'll take Saudi Arabia next, and try to produce a Fun Fill-It quiz this time. Reply #21. Jan 29 24, 4:10 AM |

Maybe you could add a space rocket (infinity and beyond; the planets) , a river cruise or an ocean cruise (visting islands) as some new destinations? Reply #25. Feb 03 24, 5:06 AM |

I currently have 22 quizzes on the Bus Ride, and about that many waiting available for rotation, so feel myself well and truly over-represented, but may decide to explore some of the newer formats with Bus Ride quizzes. When the game first started, it was as a result of finding something (anything) for each country, with some purpose-written quizzes created in the challenge for complete coverage. As I played the first time around, I was not impressed with the quality on offer - not nearly what this site should be using as a promotion! But now there is not a single country whose quiz does not have a star, except for a few that were selected to represent some of the new templates. As we get higher-ranked quizzes to represent the formats, they will be rotated out. Ideally, there would be a strong representation of all formats at any one time, and a rotation would just shift which countries are traditional MC (we have some excellent quizzes in that format), which are Photo (especially when the photos add to the sense of a tourist visit, and don't just function as clues), Classification, Label, Match. FunFillIn is an option that is worth exploring, as it lends itself well to writing a paragraph or two of interesting information, then removing key terms in such a way that players do actually need to know (or look up) something about the country. Order is probably not much fun for tourists, as they would tend to be numerical (dates, river length, town size) and players on the whole don't respond well to numbers. But someone may have an inspiration. Reply #29. Feb 13 24, 12:08 AM |
