 I am trying to get support but never receive a reply. Why don't you answer?

Actually - most likely we did reply but you didn't get the answer. The support / feedback system relies on e-mail to send you a notification that we answered and that notification contains a link from which you can access the answer.
However - and that's particularly the case with account issues - email is unreliable and if you can't get emails from us, you will never see the answer. If things just take too long, please re-send the request, using a different e-mail address (if necessary, make a new free webmail address, for example at proton.me) and, if you need to regain access to an account, include the old email you were using in the message text so we can link your old and new address.
