 I got a message that I was prohibited from playing a competitive game. What now?
This message should only appear if you have played using methods that have triggered our statistical detections for non-permitted technical / AI assistance in competitive games and previously received a warning about playing fairly yet triggered the detection again. A panel of administrators have reviewed your play and confirmed the automated findings.
We are using this as an alternative to a full site ban so you can keep playing quizzes and untimed games as you prefer.
If you feel this was done in error, please contact us using the form below and explain what you did. Please ONLY use that form to appeal a competitive ban - it is the only way that will let all administrators see your statement.
Please understand, that unless we have justification to the contrary, this exclusion from competitive play is of indefinite duration. You may apply for clemency after at least one year if you wish to play fairly again.
