Please check in your spam or bulk mail directory! Hotmail and some other "free" ISPs have been known to interpret our password reminders as "spam".

If you can't get the message at all, please contact us under "Other accounts questions" - but please be sure to use a different email address for us to reply to. If you can't get the password reminder, the same would otherwise apply to our answer! State the account name and the old email address in the request text, so we can change the email to your new one.

Once you have your account back, you should also check your registered email address. Click on Edit My Profile under your profile. If there's a typo in your email address, the email could be going elsewhere!
