Isla is one of the later ones to be able to figure out. First, Clues #1, #3, #8, followed by Clues #4 and #10, leave only the following Spots unclaimed: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th, and 10th.

Clue #6 - Isla finished immediately before Felix.

This means that the only options for Isla and Felix are 1st/2nd or 2nd/3rd. The additional clue regarding Felix makes no difference to this first clue (Clue #2 - Felix completed his task before both Grace and Henry).

Two other clues help determine Isla (and Felix's) final Spots:

Clue #5 - Ella did not go first or last (meaning she could only be 3rd (to allow for Isla/Felix) or 6th, and
Clue #7 - Jack finished after Ella but before the person who brought the drinks, meaning Jack could not be in 10th, leaving only 6th Spot for Jack, 3rd for Ella, and 1st/2nd for Isla/Felix).

However, there is also Clue #10 - Anna did not go in the first or fifth position. Thus, Anna and David are in Spot 7 and Spot 9, respectively.

Clue #9 - Henry finished two places before the person who bought party hats.

As the party hats purchase was the last task to be completed, Henry rests in Spot 8 in the order.

As mentioned with Anna's explanation:

Clue #4 - David completed his task two places after Anna.

This clue, combined with Clues #1, #3, and #9, which place Ben (4), Carla (5) and Henry (8), means that Anna and David can only be in 1st/3rd or 7th/9th.

However, there is also Clue #10 - Anna did not go in the first or fifth position. Thus, Anna and David are in Spot 7 and Spot 9, respectively.

By process of elimination, Grace fills the only Spot (10th) left unclaimed by all the other clues. In fact, the only clues that actively mention Grace didn't give enough information until the rest of the Spots were determined:

Clue #2 - Felix (who ended up 2nd) completed his task before both Grace and Henry.
Clue #8 - Grace did not go second, third, or fourth.
Clue #9 - Henry (8th) finished two places before the person who bought party hats (10th).

Even with all three of those clues, Grace could have still been 6th or 10th, after Ben (4th), Carla (5th), Anna (7th), Henry (8th), and David (9th) were sorted early on. Only once Jack was finally placed into the 6th Spot could Grace be finalized at 10th!
