The HI-16: GU-Q1 Pulse Gun will absolutely destroy Balteus' pulse shield, as it is specifically designed to do so. It's strictly designed to do this in fact, as the weapon is terrible at doing just about anything other than combatting pulse shields.

Answer: DF-GA-08 HU-BEN

The DF-GA-08 HU-BEN or, the Gatling Gun, maintains an absurd fire rate capable of staggering ACs like nothing else. It absolutely dominates close quarters engagements while making it difficult for opponents in longer ranged encounters who do not have fast distanced lock on.

It's only deficiency is the ease of which it can overheat, accomplishing this in just over ten seconds of uninterrupted fire.

Answer: Songbirds

The Songbirds, despite the pluaralization, is a single weapon. It fires two massive grenades at a time before undergoing a lengthy reload after each activation. The grenades deal tons of damage the armored units, but the poor tracking makes them easily dodged by lighter crafts; this makes the weapon ideal for boss fights, where bosses generally don't try to dodge attacks.

In PvP or facing lightweight builds, however, you may as well not have bothered equipping a weapon at all.

The shield will also not stop the AC from staggering or even mitigate its propensity to do so. It's a worthy low level option for lightweight crafts, but is otherwise complete garbage for anything else.

Answer: "Honest" Brute

Sadly, the WB-0000 Bad Cook has remarkably poor Impact, making it virtually worthless against even midweight builds or heavier. Its poor range and non-existent tracking makes it too slow to fight lightweight builds either, making it out to be an overall awful weapon in PvP and merely a novel tool for beating up mobs with in PvE. This is likely why it only costs 40,000 COAM to purchase.

Answer: WS-1200 Therapist

The WS-1200 Therapist can be a nightmare for lightweight builds in PvP to deal with, and it poses issues for slow and tanky heavyweight builds as well. However, it does not work on PvE bosses in the slightest, and anything else can simply be killed instead of toyed with using a support tool such as this.

Answer: PB-033M Ashmead

The PB-033M Ashmead, feared and respected in PvP for its raw power, dishes out an absurd 1688 Attack Power.

Answer: DF-GA-08 HU-BEN

The DF-GA-08 HU-BEN having low Attack Power is hardly surprising, as it's an extremely fast-firing weapon that hardly needs Attack Power. If it had high Attack Power, it would be egregiously overpowered.

Answer: BML-G2 P17SPL-16

As a split grenade launcher, the BML-G2 P17SPL-16 not only commands terrifying power with a 1372 Attack Power, but it's also extremely accurate. It's major downside is speed of use, as it has a very sluggish lock on and reloads very slowly.

Answer: BML-G1 P31DUO-02

The BML-G1 P31DUO-02 is the back unit the player receives to start the game, so it's hardly surprising that it's not one of the stronger options by any stretch. It consistently is simply mediocre at doing everything, between lock on speed, fire rate, reload speed and, of course, damage output.
