Mrs. Craven (who masquerades as Dr. Pinder-Schloss for most of the film) is a loan shark to whom Tully, Gomez' lawyer, is heavily indebted. Tully notices that Gordon looks exactly Fester and comes up with a plan to pass Gordon off as Gomez' brother. Fester has been missing for 25 years and Gomez has never come to terms with his disappearance because they had a huge fight shortly before Fester vanished. Tully correctly surmises that such a ruse would be easy to pull off because Gomez is so gullible.

She gets tangled in the ivy and has to be freed by Lurch. Later, she yells at Fester for this mistake and realizes he is starting to like his new family and persona and beginning to hate her.
