Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "I do believe the Monsignor's finally got the point."

Answer: Connor

Connor says this to Murphy just after the Monsignor has said that what must truly be feared is the indifference of good men. It later leads the brothers to the decision that they must take the law into their own hands.
2. "You know what they say... People in glass houses sink ships."

Answer: Doc

Doc (the bartender) to the men at the bar. It's one of my favorites... that bartender is always messing up proverbs. He didn't say this one, but another of my favorites is "A penny saved is worth two in the bush."
3. "So you're Chekov, huh? Well, this here's McCoy. Find us a Spock, we got ourselves an away team."

Answer: Murphy

Murphy to Chekov, when he introduces himself during the bar scene when he and Vladdy go in to close it down. Chekov is a member of the Russian Mafia in Boston.
4. "So the only thing we can do is put a potato on a string and drag it through South Boston... Thanks for coming out!"

Answer: Greenly

This is said in the police station as Greenly tries to tell Smecker that it will be impossible to find the MacManus brothers after they have killed Vladdy and Chekov because they are scared. He turns out to be wrong... they turn themselves in. Although Greenly says this to Smecker, it is Murphy (who has just walked into the police station with Connor) who replies, with "You'd probably have better luck with a beer."
5. "What were you gonna do, laugh the last three to death, FUNNYMAN?!"

Answer: Connor

Connor to Rocco. This is after Connor and Murphy have just killed nine Russian Mob Syndicate bosses and underbosses, and they discover Rocco (who has been sent to kill the Russians) at the door, decide to tease him, and discover he only has a six shooter.
6. "Well, Freud was right."

Answer: Smecker

Smecker says this to the other investigators during the first investigation in the hotel room after Duffy accidentally refers to the "fat man" in the wrong way, implying that he is gay. Smecker is gay.
7. "You Irish cops are perking up. That's two sound theories in one day, neither of which deal with abnormally sized men. Kinda makes me feel like Riverdancing."

Answer: Smecker

Smecker says this, again to the other investigators, during the same investigation after they have given their opinions of what happened.
8. "Anybody YOU think is evil? Don't you think that's a little weird, a little psycho?"

Answer: Rocco

Rocco says this to the brothers in reference to their plans to kill all the criminals in Boston, after they meet him in the hotel room and go home with him. But honestly, look who's talking!
9. "We're kinda like 7-Eleven, we're not always doin' business, but we're always open!"

Answer: Murphy

To Connor and Rocco. Murphy uses this phrase to describe the MacManus brothers' new "career." It is strangely unsettling...
10. "Catch you on the flip side..."

Answer: Rocco

This is how Rocco ends his telephone conversation with Murphy, just before he goes to find out if he was set up. Nice way to end a conversation.
