Anderson, born on May 13th, 1945 in Wahpeton, North Dakota guest starred as Agent Hill in this episode. Agent Hill worked with the FBI and asked Jake to help him nail Palmer Woodward for fraud. Jake went to go see Agent Hill at the FBI office to give him some information he gathered about Palmer so he could use it as evidence to build a case against Palmer. Jake told him how the case seemed to be petty to the FBI but Agent Hill responded how it actually was not since Palmer had run many scams in his lifetime.

He then informed Jake that this was the closest they had ever gotten to Palmer.

Billy was in his apartment watching some TV and the woman on the tube was discussing premarital sex and the fact she did not believe in it. The woman said she was not against kissing or other forms of affection but remarked how it was important people build a strong relationship first and not be all about lust. In the latter part of the episode, Jake went to go see Palmer and he had a wire on him to get Palmer to confess on tape about his scam of selling reproduced cars as originals. Jake managed to get him to make the confession and then Palmer saw the wire Jake wore, which infuriated him. Palmer was then taken into custody by Agent Hill of the FBI.

Near the end of the episode, Amanda was seen running towards her car and Jake stopped her so they could talk and Amanda informed him how her father had been arrested. Jake informed Amanda that he knew about Palmer's arrest and how he participated in making it happen with assisting the FBI to get Palmer.
