5.6 "Jane's Addiction" Trivia Quiz

This episode opened up with Billy and Samantha walking back, to Billy's apartment, and they discussed Jake's attack, on Billy, the previous night. Jake believed that Billy threw a brick, through the window, to try and hurt Jake and Allison (it was Jane who threw the brick). Billy denied the charge since he said he was at dinner with Samantha. Samantha commented that she would not have ever guessed Jake could be violent.

Amanda reminded Craig she did not want cinnamon, on her cappuccino, so he told her he would get her another one. Craig schemed to get rid of Amanda, from D&D Advertising, but he failed.

Amanda made it clear, to Peter at the grand opening of Kyle and Taylor's restaurant, that she did not want to be there but Peter told her it was proper for them to attend to wish their new tenants good luck. Just after Peter and Amanda talked about the flowers, Kyle was seen, approaching Taylor, and he told her how beautiful she looked.

He went to the hospital, in this episode, and asked a nurse why he was not on the schedule for that day. The nurse informed Matt that he had been suspended, due to his drug habit, and how he was a risk to the hospital and its patients.

She told Samantha that she should have attended the party but Samantha said she did not since she was not invited. Sydney told Samantha about her friendship, with Kyle, and Samantha was pleased when Sydney mentioned that Kyle was interested in Samantha's paintings.

When Matt was at rehab, for a little while, he was under the care of Dr. Dan Hathaway. Dr. Hathaway admitted that he was, once, a drug addict but kicked the habit and wanted to help those, in rehab, do the same. In this episode, Matt blasted Dr. Hathaway since he believed Dr. Hathaway reported Matt, to the hospital superiors, to get him suspended from the hospital and medical school for drug usage. Dr. Hathaway told Matt he had nothing to do with Matt getting suspended from medical school and the hospital. Matt mentioned, during this argument, that Dr. Hathaway was once a drug addict. Dr. Hathaway was also openly gay so he and Matt had a relationship. Matt broke up with him when Dr. Hathaway showed he had a violent side to him.

Michael almost made love in this episode, but it was not with Kimberly. Rather, he and his newfound friend, Megan, started to hit the sheets. Michael stopped himself, from getting too serious with Megan, since he was married. Kimberly eventually found out about this and she divorced Michael.
