Cox wrote the evaluation to prove a point that JD only cares about being liked. JD's reaction to the poor review only reinforces his point.

He proclaims that 'double A' Aaronson has done it again, but fails to notice that it isn't a ranking at all.

Even in the last season, Cox and Turk are fighting for dominance in the hospital. Sadly, this one ends badly, with Turk performing the surgery reluctantly and the patient dying due to the high risk of the procedure.

Nevertheless, things are quite well wrapped up for JD, Turk, Elliot and Dr Cox, and the new students seem to be getting on well with things.
