1. What made the customer feel entitled to service?

Answer: "open" light was on

Rob told him that they were closed and that the light was a mistake, but the pig-headed customer didn't care.

2. What drink did the customer order?

Answer: Diet Sprite

He barked his order, all Super Sized, into the speaker with no regard to whether or not he had gotten there in time to be served. He ended up being eaten, though, which seemed like a brand of poetic justice.

3. When Scully and Mulder entered the Lucky Boy and came to the counter, Rob greeted them by saying, "Welcome to Lucky Boy, may I take your order?" How did Mulder respond?

Answer: "We'll have it our way."

This was Mulder riffing on the Burger King slogan, "Have it your way".

Rob initially resisted the request, explaining that they only wore the buttons on Fridays. After everyone else had shown their pins, though, Rob pulled his out of his pants pocket.

Rob snuck around and turned on the intercom, then sat in the drive-thru listening to Scully and Mulder discuss the case and their suspicions.

Scully called it ad-hoc surgery, but Mulder said he thought the brain had been eaten. When Scully doubted this, he elaborated that he thought the brain had been removed from the scull using a tongue or some sort of proboscis.

Answer: ground beef

Mulder noticed it and seemed like he might throw up from disgust, saying "What is that? Next to it? Is that, uh-- Oh my god, is that brain-- Is that brain matter? There?" This was a hilarious contrast to Scully's professional cool as she informed him, "No, I'd say that's ground beef."

8. Where was Rob's bloody work uniform soaking?

Answer: bathtub

After determining that they weren't going to come clean, he shoved them into a garbage bag. Before he could get out the door, though, Mulder knocked and Rob left the bag sitting on the floor. While Mulder was talking to him, watery blood started to seep out onto the floor, but luckily for Rob, Mulder failed to notice.

9. What did Mulder say Rob's apartment smelled like?

Answer: Pine Sol

Mulder was trying to get Rob to have a conversation, so was talking about being single and messy, but noted that Rob's apartment was very clean and had the "smell of Pine Sol." Rob wasn't interested in conversation, though.

10. Where did Rob start bleeding when Mulder was talking to him?

Answer: lip

Mulder pointed it out to him, and Rob explained he'd bit his lip. It continued to bleed off and on, though, and seemed to ignite his hunger.
