Clarification question for leith: By "full length words" do you require single words of that length, or would a multiple word answer adding up to the required length be acceptable (e.g. HARRYPOTTER)? Reply #548. Aug 14 21, 11:49 AM |

I would like to claim Contract #221: Construct a symmetric crossword which contains at least one clue relating to each of the 12 sovereign states of South America (e.g.: country names, capitals, terrain, flora or fauna). Puzzles must be submitted to Geography and contain no two-letter words; any IATA codes used must be for major (international) airports in the continent. (by Psnz) https://www.funtrivia.com/crossword/play.cfm?gid=8561 All 12 counties are represented. There are no IATA airport codes as these were exhausted on another crossword. For the next challenge construct a symmetrical crossword on Straits, American automobile manufacturers, African mammals or Dystopian novels. (Bragging rights if you can get all four into the same crossword) Any use of IATA airport codes will result in lengthy jail sentences. Use of two letters words will merely attract a hefty fine. I think there might be a small error with Contracts 222 and 223, as currently listed. Otherwise, I think Nick and I should do a team quiz based on "One, Two, Buckle My Shoe" and each claim a different contract. :) Reply #559. Aug 21 21, 8:46 PM |
