Hey. We have DID, which stands4Dissociative Identity Disorder. our system name is now the sanctuary hope system. &we have a cluster group (mostly comprising infants&toddlers--an army of them) named Legion (a small portion of the group splintered off2become Rogue Legion... these are folks stuck in destructive ways&past beliefs detrimental2the whole. some people might consider how we live our lives2b detrimental, since we dont attend therapy or take medication (there is no treatment4DID, only the symptoms of comorbid disorders).

DID used2b called MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder); that's outdated, since DID isnt a personality disorder. &we dont care4the term alters, since we see ourselves as people (some systems say parts, &that's fine&good4them; however we prefer folks or Legion.

Hikarumichi is leader of sanctuary hope system, &Osanu is leader of Legion. if we sign a name at the bottom of the post, it indicates who wrote the post. if someone wants2call attention2a specific person in this head, simply write the name of that person. otherwise, whoever fronts next will try2answer any questions yu might have, or continue whatever convo was already started, etc.

sometimes, we get passionate about things, or carried away with emotion. we'r trying2do better, since this has cost us 2friendships with fellow DID/DDNOS systems.

- Legion

Crazy year... not good year... not like month... it the dumb body's birthday soon...

There lots of chaos in this head, it crazy... but who wants to read about that? Surely no one. So... hey, we have cute toddlers :-) they run around calling everyone poopy and poopoo. It annoying... but cute I suppose also.

So, Covid is on the rise yet again. That woman who birth body, she not want her paying bills with help of the supervisor (as we normally do). She not want her touching our checkbook. Some like me think she go overboard here. Not like we can say that though. So anyhow she was over today to help us with the rent check and phone bill. Apparently our phone one was late, so we got the charges and an additional month... Gotta be more careful, they do.

So we gots this abandoned village I explorin by day, tryin to find out what I can about it--who lived there n stuff. I currently live at the palace. BTW, name's Anoraceta. They call me "one of the old ones" on account of me bein part of this head for so long. So the palace is found in this city that until recently was hidden and we don't identify ourselves with the collective (or that village I mentioned).

I'm sure anyone reading this thinks I'm a weirdo... OK, I get it, I'm odd. I keep pet scorpions. Train them down in the dungeons, which I converted into a living area. O, and I'm 15 (yeah but body will be 38 a week from Friday).

So, the toddlers I mentioned? They're part of the collective. I listen in sometimes.

New Year's Eve/New Year's Day was not a good time for us. We were accused of faking being a DID system. We were accused of being schizophrenic, which is extremely triggering to us and also offensive. We were also accused of being an endogenic system, and that is highly offensive to us as well. From google search: "What are endogenic systems ? Endogenic systems are plural systems who exist without trauma being the cause of their existence. There are various theories as to how this may occur, with some sticking to psychological or neurological based theories and others holding to more spiritual explanations." And many traumagenic systems flatly refuse to believe in endogenic systems... hence why it triggers (also, these "systems" call traumagenic systems traumasc*m). So to be told to, "if you're just endo than say that" is extremely offensive. We can understand why certain folks might think we havent had trauma, but it isn't true (otherwise, there would not be the level of distress there is). In the past we have been accused of stirring up trouble/posting for attention, and we don't do that either. We also hold controversial oppinions/beliefs for a DID system, including mystical beliefs. If we had a dime for every time someone flung at us, "that's just not possible. Systems do not work like that. DID is not mystical or metaphysical," we'd be rich. Then there are those who say we can't be a DID system coz our headspace is big (and still expanding coz there are places that used to be hidden which are now out in the open).

No, DID is not mystical. However there is nothing stopping an identity from having mystical beliefs or experiences. If an identity can draw a picture of a cow or cook eggs over easy or speak Spanish why couldn't an identity have mystical beliefs or experiences?

The next time someone makes such hurtful remarks to you tell them you find their ignorant comments hurtful and you refuse to continue the discussion. Should they wish to educate themselves and be respectful of your feelings, you will talk to them again.

Well said, MiraJane. Most of us do... think that's the problem. So the ID community thinks we're fakinng (it doesn't help that the self-proclaimed endogenics have mystical beliefs and, later, will tell you they dont have DID at all.. . that they were just pretending to). We'll keep that in mind (and there were actually systems stating much the same... how dare they say our identity's not valid just on the basis that they don't agree? It all seems rather silly).

One of us, who regressed in age due to trauma (2 regressed... HM is 4 and Osanu is 3, and the 4-year-old got hit with the flashbacks) is struggling with body memories from 2001 I believe it was... when we were forced to attend a training program for the visually impaired in Baltimore. Well, one of the adults told us we looked like a fr*ak coz we hold our head tilted up lookin toward the light rather than lookin straight ahead (in fact, if we tilt it like that we tend to get dizzy--and it's uncomfortable, don't feel at all natural).

An example of something that's impossible, we are told (and this is what led to the new year's accusations):

One of us believes he belonged to another head before this (our systems were friends... then it disolved last April).

Worst birthday week ever.

1. I, Anoraceta, teenage d*mb*ss, broke our keyboard... so our abuser had to buy us another one. The toddoers were cranky... and she just thought we were difficult and "love the computer more than me."
2. We were going to celebrate body's birthday Saturday. We can't coz she has to quarantine (after she took a Covid test in anticipation of her colonoscopy Monday).
3. Speaking of Covid, a family friend (body's adopted siblings' mother)) is in the hospital (others we knew with it were able to stay home).
4. It's been breezy all week. Breezy makes us cranky in the wintertime.

On a lighter note, we have carrot cake for tomorrow (body;'s actual birthday).

This new keybard is a pain (we feel like kindergarteners).

Not OK

Uncle Bill [great uncle but it not like body goes around calling him thagt] has ;Covid. His lady friend rexceived a phone call at 2 AM with the news... and she messaged body's mother, who told us. Reason he was in the nursing home is he'd been having UTI trouble. He had been receiving therapy... and was improving. So they were talking about sending him home. Then this :'( he in high risk population.

I'm sorry people you know have gotten Covid. I hope they have mild cases of it. The only good thing I can say is that there are better treatments for it now than there were six months ago.

Min had it in November (over Thanksgiving she was in Quarantine). Her friend Ruth was sick in December, but was able to go to christmas with her friend--since they had both had it). Tiff hqad it starting New Year's and is still suffering effects from it.

Major concern due to his age.

In other news, the delivery guy... is daft (to pug ig mildly). He found a dish on the floor when he was sweeping, and threw it in the trash can. He also put several plastic bottles for recycling (and a can) in the trash... they have no reason being there (we have a different bin for that). We retrieved the dish when we replaced the bag.

Ugh. They want 4 more inches of snow tomorrow.

We still dealing with the noreaster that left 10 inches and possibly more (started Sunday morning and lasgted through Tuesday morning.

It's more like those that do not get a vaccine are signing their own execution and the execution of people near them.

I'm glad you are getting a vaccine shot tomorrow. Is it your first dose?
