Yes. He scored in a 3-2 win at Stamford Bridge, and a 1-0 win at Upton Park, but it was not enough to see West Ham relegated and perhaps the end of Paolo di Canio as a Hammer.

Fabian Bartez. The Manchester United 'keeper, tried to convince di Canio that he was offside, but Paolo was having none of it as he scored the only goal, in a famous 1-0 win at Old Trafford.
Wimbledon. A spectacular volley from a Trevor Sinclair cross beat keeper Neil Sullivan from an amazing angle. West Ham United won 2-1 on March 26th 2000.

AC Milan. His boyhood dream to turn out for AC came true, and his best football in Serie A was at Milan. He played 37 times and scored 6 goals, he also landed his one and only Scudetto in season 1994-95.
Napoli. In 26 appearances he scored 5 times. That season he was voted onto the Serie A team of the season list.
UEFA Cup. Paolo played nine times in the UEFA Cup campaign. Juventus beat Borussia Dortmund 6-1 on aggregate.
