There's also the lesser known (but restricted production area) Single Gloucester. However, these town named cheeses could be from the county or the town/city. Lancashire and Cheshire are clear-cut county cheeses, and Shropshire Blue is another one - even though it has nothing to do with Shropshire at all in origin. Then there's Yorkshire Blue, Dorset Blue Vinney, Oxford Blue, Wiltshire Loaf, Hereford Hop and Lincolnshire Poacher - all in link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_British_cheeses

Forgot to add: Baloo is Single and currently just outside Gloucester - and contemplating an apple and a piece of Shropshire Blue. And planning to get some Hereford Hop before going back home. Nice.
