Who says "One Potato, Two Potato" during the credits from that company's productions (it's a girl's voice)?

"One Potato Two Potato" is a joint venture company founded by chef Gordon Ramsey and Optomen television.
At the end of the shows, a child's voice says "One Potato Two Potato' as the logo is shown.
Gordon Ramsey's daughter, Matilda, is the owner of the voice.

Matilda is now 17 and has appeared on different TV shows, from "Masterchef Junior" to "The Late Late Show with James Corden".
In season 18 of "Hell's Kitchen" she made a special guest appearance and the dinner service was centered around her Sweet 16 party.

The company's name is based on the childrens' counting rhyme,
