Here's the dialogue I think you are referring to:

Caparzo: 'Hey, Mellish, look at this. A Hitler youth knife.'
Mellish: (jokingly) 'And now it's a shabat chalah cutter, right?'

'shabat chalah' refers to eggbread eaten on the Sabbath.
