Glanders. All of the other are diseases or infections caused by fungal agents whereas glanders is a bacterial infection.

I didn't check all of them but Psorosis is caused by a virus, not a fungus.

Canker can be caused by bacteria and viruses as well.

It appears glanders is the one affliction on this list that only affects animals (mainly horses), while all the others can affect plants. Canker is used to describe different afflictions to both animals and plants.
