Which dialect of French uses the terms 'Septant, Octante, Nonant' instead of 'Soixant, Soixant-Dix, and Quatre-Vingt'?

Belgians and Swiss use those terms, but not exactly as stated in the question.

Septant = 70 = Soixante-dix
Octant (or Huitant) = 80 = Quatre-vingt
Nonant = 90 = Quatre-vingt-dix

They are also used in some parts of former Belgian colonies such as Burundi, Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (although the latter was technically not a colony but a personal possession of the Belgian King).

In Acadian French and on Jersey there is even a form "huiptante" instead of "huitante".
