This stunning scoreline is from a match played in Madagascar:

The answer to the question is "no one".

Apparently SO l'Emyrne lost the match on purpose, as a protest against a history of poor refereeing decisions. The SO l'Emyrne team scored 149 own goals and disciplinary action was taken against members of the losing team.

The Guinness Book of Records lists this as the highest score in any soccer/football match.
