There are many different recipes, some of them location dependent. Others use different alcoholic bases, so ymmv.

One answer to the question is ginger ale, cranberry juice and lime juice. Here is a recipe for what is a mocktail:

Ice Cubes
2½ Parts Cranberry Juice
2½ Parts Ginger Ale
1 Wedge Lime

How to make a Redhead
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Garnish with lime.
