How many "senses" are humans believed to possess?

Humans are traditionally believed to possess five primary senses: sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch. However, most scientists and researchers agree that humans have additional senses beyond these five. Some of these include:
Proprioception: The sense of body position and movement.
Thermoception: The sense of temperature.
Nociception: The sense of pain.
Equilibrioception: The sense of balance.
In total, humans are believed to have around 9 to 21 senses, depending how one categorizes them.
