In the 3rd Edition Dungeons and Dragons game, normally you need to be at least character level 17 to cast 9th level spells. However, prestige classes can achieve this at a lower level. What is the absolute lowest character level at which you could prepare and cast a 9th level spell (assuming a high enough key stat to have a bonus spell if needed) and which classes could you use to get there?
