This question is inherently unanswerable. I assume the question does not mean infants who died on the day of their birth, but people who are credited as being born and dying on the same day of the year in different years. Then there is the issue of which calendar to use - even ignoring the evolution of the Gregorian calendar, what about Mayan, Jewish and Islamic calendars, to name a few? Even if that is settled, while one could start compiling a list of examples, records only go so far. There have been billions of people since the arrival of Homo sapiens whose births and deaths have left us no record.
To add to LooneyTunes answer: in all probability it is a somewhat rare occurrence that should be expected for 1/365.25 of a given population that is using the Gregorian calendar. So roughly 3,000 people out of every million would be expected to die on their birthday. It's unclear how much credence to put in the belief that some people hang on until a milestone day, such as Christmas, New year's Day, or their birthday.
