Do Muslim countries use AD and BC when writing dates?

Some Muslim countries use the Gregorian calender, so in these countries, I guess yes. Most use a lunar based calender called "Hijra" that is 11 days shorter per year.

Muslim countries use the date of Mohammed as their start date which was 622 years after the birth of Christ.

Mostly both are used. For example in newpapers, you'll get both the date in the Gregorian calendar and the date according to the Hijra calender.
