Since "pizza" is a loan word, though one of uncertain origin, we're going to have to look at foreign languages and maybe borrow a few more words. How about "bizza," which means "tantrum" in Italian? "She's having a bizza for pizza!" -- sort of in the spirit of "We all scream for ice-cream!"
