It's fine. Just be prepared for reams and reams of advice - people often have a lot to say on topics like this. :) Oh, and welcome to FunTrivia, enjoy the site! Reply #2. Oct 16 26, 8:13 PM |

Hi, and welcome to FunTrivia :-) I would try out all the games. Some may seem intimidating, but try them. You may like them, and even if you don't like certain games, you will have an idea of what they are like. (That's O.K. We all have games that we like and those we dislike.) Having a passing knowledge will help when trying for some of the various challenges. The more you play, the better you will get. You will begin to develop a playing rhythm, all your own. You'll also notice that, over time, you will see questions you've seen before. Your reaction time may or may not get better. Mine used to be getting better, but as I've aged, I feel that it's slowing... oh, well. Also, play quizzes... not just in subjects that you like, but also a few in subjects you don't. The games pull their questions from quizzes and single questions. There, too, it's good to have a passing knowledge. It's also a good idea to read through the Help & Feedback board, as well as the last couple of pages of the General Chat board. Both of these can give you insights about playing, and also about how FT functions. Enjoy! ~~ postie Reply #3. Oct 16 26, 8:19 PM |
