Neither. They're too sweet and Pepsi tastes like toothpaste - at least, my tastebuds thinks so. When I'm thirsty I drink water, juice or homemade iced green tea. Reply #1. Apr 11 09, 8:13 AM |

Neither, both taste like fizzy sugared water, no flavouring. We have a brand in the UK called Fentimans Curiosity Cola, which is a traditionally brewed cola, with a 0.5% alcohol content. It tastes fantastic, but is expensive and notoriously difficult to get hold of. http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/drinks/fentimans-curiosity-cola/1009449/ If you want something for kids, Whole Earth is the best brand, its a substitute made with juices and cola nut extract, but will not have your children bouncing off the walls and tastes great, no aftertaste. http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/cgi-local/frameset/detail/494284_Whole_Earth_Organic__Sparkling_Cola_330ml.html Reply #5. Both make my teeth feel funny. Like when I rub them together they feel dry and sticky. I drink more Pepsi cause its in more places and cheaper, but Coke hurts my teeth more I think. Reply #8. Apr 11 09, 5:33 PM |

I like Diet Pepsi, which is my second favorite soda. I like Diet Sundrop the best. Diet Coke is okay, but I rarely drink it. Reply #11. Apr 12 09, 12:05 AM |

Neither. (The only excuse for Coke that I can think of is disguising the taste of rum on package holidays to the Spanish seaside.) Is it true that Coca Cola can dissolve a tooth overnight, make a dark brown copper coin bright and shiny again, and burn holes in leather boots and sheepskin rugs - or is that just a wicked lie? Lesley, according to Snopes.com (those great exploders of urban legends) all that stuff about the acids in Coke having a deleterious effect on stomachs, meat, leather and metals is so much hogwash - but then so is Coke in my opinion! Reply #17. Apr 18 09, 11:30 AM |

Thanks, Cym. I had planned to ask Snopes but I got sidetracked. The answer would have been of academic interest only, because I don't drink fizzy drinks. Reply #18. Apr 18 09, 6:39 PM |
