As Crocodile Rock was composed after hearing Ross Wilson's Eagle Rock (Daddy Cool) it has to be up there. I'm still standing is another favourite. Kiki is another artist that I enjoy so has to be on the list. And of course the haunting Song for Guy. Reply #51. May 06 14, 3:43 AM |

There are many greats, but, I'm leaning towards Jamaica Jerkoff (Good Bye Yellow Brick Road album) Someone Saved My Life Tonight(Captain Fantatic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy album) Harmony (Goodbye Yellow Brick Road)Daniel(Don't Shoot Me...album)and Tiny Dancer and Daniel and Gray Seal. Other than adding the obvious ones, that's my line up! Reply #53. May 20 14, 7:36 PM |

My favorite is "Your Song." I saw him in concert in San Diego about 30 years ago. It was great. Reply #55. May 24 14, 10:44 PM |

Tough one to answer, I like so many songs by him. I'll go with "Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters", a lovely ballad from his album Honky Chateau. Reply #56. Jun 15 14, 12:08 AM |

My NEW favorite song by Elton is "Better off Dead" from his Captain Fantastic album. The drums on the song are just amazing. I'll probably have ANOTHER favorite song by him tomorrow. So many of his early songs were just, well, FANTASTIC! Reply #59. Jun 28 14, 9:54 PM |
