In the 7th book, I love when George loses his ear and the twins use all the "ear humor". As the movies go, I love in GOF when the "gang" is at the Quidditch World Cup in the tent, and they all sing this song to Ron: "Viktor, I love you, Viktor, I do, When we're apart, my heart beats only for you!" Absolute funniest moment in the books is when Dumbledore comes to pick Harry up at the Dursley's in the Half Blood Prince. When they refuse to take the drinks he has conjured for them, he makes the goblets knock them on the head. I got a kick out of the part of book 6 when Harry and Ron are in the hospital wing. Harry summons Kreacher, who is in the middle of a wrestling match with Dobby.
