Personally I can't understand people watching the same movie over and over. Once or twice is fine, but more than that. Ugh! Having said that I will match my husband against anyone in the world, for a record for multiple watching of one film. He has watched his DVD of Tora! Tora! Tora! so many times he should know the script by heart. 50 times would be a conservative guess, 100 probably a lot closer, and even more were the truth known. One of these days the tape or disc or whatever it is he has, is going to just quit from sheer exhaustion. LOL Reply #107. Mar 26 12, 1:20 AM |

I watched (probably for the tenth or twelfth time since it's cinematic release in the mid-1950s) 'Friendly Persuasion', a film about a Quaker family in Ohio during the American Civil War. Beautiful film, lovely cinematography, great cast - Gary Cooper, Dorothy McGuire. Anthony Perkins, Robert Middleton. Always worth seeing. Reply #114. Apr 04 12, 5:55 PM |

Ouch! Meant to say that I watched 'Friendly Persuasion' on TCM this afternoon. It was part of the Anthony Perkins' birthday salute. Reply #115. Apr 04 12, 5:57 PM |

I don't generally watch movies multiple times, but I do love "Raiders of the Lost Ark" and "Jurassic Park," so I have watched them more than once. Reply #119. Sep 04 12, 7:22 AM |
