I was knocked out this week on the first day despite getting 20/20. The other person was just a little bit faster. That is what the game is all about. Reply #21. May 05 10, 12:05 PM |

Reply#19-robert326 "Morpheus that would be interesting. Would it still take place over one week? Perhaps with 2 sets a day like the GC, to be able to fit all the matches?" I think the logistics would depend on the servers and some other things unknown to the clients. The idea came to me after reading some of the user's comments about the Knockout game. It might liven up the Knockout game which hasn't changed much since its inception. Giving recognition to a few deserving competitors rather than just the overall winner would be a good thing, I think. Reply #22. May 05 10, 1:35 PM |

The only thing wrong with the KO game now is the fact that I can't even buy a win. lol Reply #23. May 05 10, 3:00 PM |

I think I'd do better if I played it without a hangover. Reply #26. May 05 10, 7:05 PM |

Actually, I found that I score best at about 2 in the morning when I can barely see the screen. :-) No hangovers, I don't even drink (yet), but when I'm so tired my eyes get fuzzy and I'm about to fall over in my chair is when I get my perfect scores. ;-) Reply #27. May 06 10, 8:20 AM |

I think I will be the first person to get the badge for 50 KO Points without winning a weekly competition, or are there others in the same boat as me.The way I am going I'll probably get the 200 point badge before I win one as well Reply #28. May 06 10, 8:30 AM |

pmarney, we had someone on our team in the same position. He was nearing 100 KOs, and still no win. He finally got it about a month ago. It *will* happen... truly :-D Reply #29. May 06 10, 9:03 AM |

thanks, all my Team mates keep telling me the same. I have several weeks were don't get past day 1 then have several weeks when i get to final, but lose because it's against someone from USA and there are normally more questions suited to them than me. I'm trying to cram up on all things American (Sport, Presidents, States etc) by playing some of the For Children quizzes just to get a basic knowledge Reply #30. May 06 10, 10:01 AM |

The less I expect to win, the more likely I am to win. Fact! Likewise I'll be KO'd if I think I'm through. Reply #32. May 06 10, 12:01 PM |

I've played Knockout for around 8 months now. I used to think it was a big deal until I got the two badges (not the one for 200 wins lol). Now it's just another quiz. If you win, fine. If not, congrats to the person who beat you. It's fun and just another asset to the site. Reply #33. May 06 10, 12:09 PM |

Justguru, I feel the same way.... I don't care to win, but I do like making it through at least once, I am still 108 points away from the 200 points badge. Even one a week is better than none. ;-) Reply #34. May 06 10, 12:51 PM |
