Subject: What Book Should I Read?

Posted by: HannahConner88
Date: Jun 20 11

I like books that are witty, filled with irony, lots of philosophy, and of course a good story.

Some of my favorites are The Princess Bride, A Clockwork Orange, The Stranger, and The Picture of Dorian Gray

Recommend a book for me to read because I cannot find anything interesting that I haven't already read.

Mixamatosis - I have the same problem. We have books everywhere and I am not able to throw away any of them. Fortunately, I have discovered that many doctors started a library in their waiting rooms - so any time I go to my dentist, GP etc., I take a bag of books with me and leave it there.

Jolana. That's kind of you. Our GPs used to have magazines in their waiting rooms but now they have nothing and I have to bring a book or magazine with me to read. I wonder if they've abandoned them for hygiene reasons thinking that sick people in waiting rooms may pass on illnesses via magazines etc. Fortunately we do have plenty of charity shops for books to go to if we can bear to let them go.
