Powells: The last great independent book store in the USA.
(they were a customer of mine when I was in the publishing biz).
I hope they are doing well...such a professionally run, hometown feel, bookstore.

I take a couple of newsletters from Powells. Have never been up that way to visit a store, but have been ordering from them since the 1990s or so. When all this Corona Virus stuff hit, their sales by mail were booming, but I think they had to close their stores and only recently opening them on a limited basis.

I'm a big fan of Robert B. Parker and continue to read the new books published by his estate and ghost writers.

Steven Havill -- his Posada County and Sheriff Bill Gastner stories are addictive. King of like Craig Johnson, but lighter.
