http://www.funtrivia.com/trivia-quiz/ForChildren/Donuts--Other-Foods-at-the-Chalet-School-394940.html Please can I claim Kebab for Music? Also, does it matter if it's about an obscure band/album? Reply #21. Oct 29 18, 4:46 AM |

Nope, it doesn't matter... Obscurity is what makes many FT players coming back for more! Reply #22. Oct 29 18, 5:36 AM |

That's cool, it's just that Space did an album with Kebab in the title, but it's one of the ones they did more recently, and a lot of people won't know it. And I've had at least one person complain to me because I've done quizzes on bands they've never heard of, e.g. Gomez (and the editor who passed that quiz was a Gomez fan, which was a nice surprise!) Did you invite the complainer to Bring It On? Reply #24. Oct 29 18, 12:07 PM |

It's not your fault they don't know the topic. Why bother playing a quiz on something you know nothing about and then complain that you know nothing about it?? Reply #25. Oct 29 18, 12:59 PM |

Obscure stuff is the best, as it helps you maybe find a fan along the way, and maybe form a new friendship. Reply #26. Oct 29 18, 2:03 PM |

If you don't have something nice to say you can always Make No Sound. Reply #27. Oct 29 18, 2:36 PM |

I have definitely bought music from bands that I heard about through editing quizzes on them. As long as a band is big enough to have commercially available product, you can write about them. We don't really want quizzes on your cousin's band that sometimes fills in at the local watering hole on Wednesdays, but if we can google them and they look legit, it's fine. Reply #28. Space aren't particularly big outside the UK, but they're not a mate's band who play down a pub or anything, they're legit. Their most famous song is 'Female of the Species'. 'Neighbourhood', 'Avenging Angels' and 'The Ballad of Tom Jones' were the other main singles. They kind of faded away in the 00s and split up, but got back together a few years ago and released two albums that were crowdfunded. Reply #29. Oct 29 18, 4:24 PM |
