Ocean's Twelve Trivia Questions

In the MP4 is a recording which tells Mr. Ocean he is the second one to open the safe that night.

One of the twists here. At this point, we start to realize that maybe all is not lost, and the group may have beat the Night Fox.

Arsenal is the team that has to travel by bus, so Ocean puts Yen in a bag so he can arrive at the appropriate destiny, Rome.

Danny said Toulour's father was a blue-collar Frenchman and his mother was Italian nobility. He never met her but inherited her title. Danny also said that Toulour was rich, bored and talented.

Towards the end of the film, we learn that Isabel's father isn't dead.

Bruiser, the man who Danny got to pretend to beat him up in "Ocean's Eleven", was a very large man with a lot of tattoos who was actually very gentle. In "Oceans Eleven", Danny asked him how his wife was to which Bruiser responded "She's pregnant again." I loved this line. It was so unexpected.

Danny's wife Tess (Julia Roberts) gets pulled into the thick of things once Linus takes charge. Amusingly enough, Linus' plan is for Tess to pretend to be actress Julia Roberts. The closing credits include the acknowledgement "and Introducing Tess as Julia Roberts." (Get it?)

Because Toulour turned in the gang to Benedict, Danny wanted to respond in kind. So he arranged for four paintings to be taken from Toulour's house. When Toulour noticed the paintings were gone, he smiled. At the end, Danny said his 4 paintings were in a high-security warehouse in Milan.

I thought this part was hilarious. What kind of plan involved a trained cat? They end up deciding to do a "Lookie Loo" with a "Bundle of Joy". It was at this point that Tess became involved in the plan.

Both Linus and a minor character inform Bruce that they figured out "the secret" of "The Sixth Sense" fairly early in the film. Willis is none too impressed.

Danny received his requested 5 a.m. wake up call from the hotel. He then drank 5 espressos to stay awake and at 5:30 a.m. he went to pick Rusty up, who was sleeping. Danny looked confused until Rusty informed him it was only 11:30 p.m. Toulour had tricked him. So because Danny was so wired, he and Rusty stayed up watching "Happy Days".

Rusty wanted to remove a tattoo that he got while he was with Isabel. He wanted it removed because they were no longer together and it held painful memories.

Oddly, the final shot of the film features Isabel, the law-enforcement agent who has been pursuing the crew throughout the film, during a celebration the team throws for themselves. Since Rusty brings her to the party, it's a safe bet that she's now "part of the family".
