Using the English language scrabble letters, and ignoring any possible placement of the tiles on double or triple letter or word squares, pick the ten words which would score exactly nine points and ignore the ten words which would score more or less than that.
Here is an example. WORDS scores 4 + 1 + 1 + 2 + 1 = 9 points, so it would be an acceptable answer. POINTS scores 3 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 8 points, which is less than nine, making it an unacceptable choice.
The English Scrabble tile values are Q & Z = 10, J & X = 8, K = 5, F, H, V, W & Y = 4, B, C, M & P = 3, D & G = 2, and A, E, I, O, U, L, N, R, S & T = 1.
There are 10 correct entries. Get 3 incorrect and the game ends.
