1. On the series "Star Trek: Voyager" what is Captain Janeway's birthday?

Answer: May 20th

 Her birthday is mentioned in the episode "The Year of Hell". Chakotay gives Janeway a pocket watch as a birthday gift and says that it is May 20th. She rejects the present saying it could be replicated into a hypospray or a pair of boots.
2. In the "Star Trek: Voyager" episode "Waking Moments" the Voyager crew is attacked by a race that survives while people are dreaming. Chakotay tries lucid dreaming and picks a visual cue to let him know he is still dreaming. What is the cue he uses?

Answer: Earth's moon

 Chakotay dreams he is hunting deer on Voyager. He follows the deer into the mess hall and then sees the moon. Realizing he is dreaming, he is able take control of it.

 The accident was an attempt at using a quantum slipstream drive. While Voyager crashed into an ice planet, Kim and Chakotay were rocketed home in just hours.

Answer: "Distant Origin"

 In "Projections" Barclay appears because The Doctor's program malfunctions. In "Life Line" The Doctor's program is transferred to Jupiter station to assist Barclay. In "Inside Man" Barclay appears as a hologram sent via a datastream.
