Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Divine Beast Vah Naboris waits in the southwest of the Hyrule in which biome?

Answer: Desert

When it's time to head to this Divine Beast, Link will want to make his way far to the southwest of the map and into the scorching desert wasteland to be found there. As hot as it is, it's the ideal spot for the local tribes to reside in their city and a small oasis, and from there he can unlock an entirely new region to explore and save.

The first stop is likely the Kara Kara Oasis, but the Forbidden City, considering it is forbidden to people like Link, should be of particular interest. The Divine Beast, meanwhile, lives in a windstorm to the south.
2. To get into the Forbidden City of the Gerudo, Link needs to look like which of these?

Answer: A woman

If Link approaches any gate or climbs the walls of the Forbidden City wearing pretty much anything, he'll get turned around and called a 'Voe', a term used for a male foreigner, and he'll be barred from entry. The catch, since getting into the city is essential for his quest, is that he'll need to get his hands on women's clothes, and he can do so by returning to the Kara Kara Bazaar and asking around. Someone named Vilia can be found atop the general store, and they'll sell Link a whole outfit for 300 Rupees.

It won't fool everyone, but it'll let him gain entry without any questions being asked (and provide some heat resistance when worn as a set).
3. Before you go for the Divine Beast, Riju will ask you to reclaim which of these from the Yiga Clan?

Answer: Helm

Though heading to Vah Naboris is top priority for both Link and Riju, there's not much that can be done about that until Link retrieves the Thunder Helm, an important artifact once possessed by Urbosa that could protect her from lightning blasts. Unfortunately, the Thunder Helm is with the Yiga Clan, hiding in Karusa Canyon to the north. Captain Teake, in the Forbidden City's barracks, will have more information and then you can head onward with this new quest.
4. The Blademasters of the Yiga Clan will be distracted by which of these foods.

Answer: Bananas

Once Link reaches the deepest reach of Karusa Canyon he'll find his way into a tapestry-laden chamber and be able to access the secret hideaway in the cavern beyond, and what's inside will be a heavily-guarded series of corridors that could spell doom for the hero.

There is one way to navigate around with less worry, however, and he'll receive that tidbit of info from Barta, a captured Gerudo warrior. All he needs to know is that if he really wants to sneak by unnoticed, he needs to leave out some bananas-- they love 'em. Fortunately, there are stockpiles of them in the cave.
5. The battle against Master Kohga can only be won with which Rune?

Answer: Magnesis

When Link reaches the end of the Yiga Clan Hideout he'll find the clan's master, Kohga, in a large canyon arena. As it turns out, Kohga's scouts have been looking all over for Link out in the field, so this battle comes with the extra excitement of finally putting an end to him. If Link can get through all three stages of the battle, however, there should be no issue. Kohga will protect himself with a shield and giant rock boulders. All Link needs to do is shoot his bow or fire the giant boulders back with Magnesis.

This will progress to Kohga fighting over a large, open pit, and obviously that spells disaster when it's all said and done.
6. Link will be able to travel across the desert sands on which of these to access Vah Naboris?

Answer: Sand Seal

After returning the Thunder Helm to Rija and recalling a century-old memory of Urbosa, Link will be expected to join the Gerudo leader out in the desert so that the pair can pursue Divine Beast Vah Naboris together. What this will mean is that the duo will grab a pair of trusty Sand Seals and, with Rija in the Thunder Helm, navigate the sandstorm and dodge lightning attacks to fight the contraption.

The only way link will be able to get aboard the Divine Beast is by hitting each of its feet (there are four) with Bomb Arrows (two each).

He'll leave Rija behind when he heads onto the moving dungeon.
7. Once Link activates the Guidance Stone in Divine Beast Vah Naboris, he can use the map to rotate its inner chambers. Each rotation turns the chambers by how much?

Answer: 90 degrees

Entering Vah Naboris, Link will receive the guiding words of Urbosa, the Gerudo Champion who fell in battle one hundred years ago, and she'll lead Link through the start of the dungeon to the Guidance Stone. Now once Link hits the Guidance Stone and distills the map of the Divine Beast, the controls to rotate the three inner cylinders of the beast will be at his disposal, allowing him to turn the three central chambers and align power tracks that will grant him further access to the beast's deeper sanctums.
8. How many terminals need to be activated inside Divine Beast Vah Naboris before you can approach the boss?

Answer: Five

It may seem like a lot, but two of those terminals can be found inside the dungeon's main chamber. The catch is that Link will need to rotate the segments inside and, potentially, traverse the outer walkways, to access these particular points. The remaining terminals can be found in the dungeon's upper expanse which require not only power to access, but navigation through a fair bit of Guardians and dark foes. Once all five are activated, Link can return to the main chamber to fight.
9. Which of these is the Scourge of Divine Beast Vah Naboris?

Answer: Thunderblight Ganon

Once the terminals are activated there will be little left to do within the Divine Beast save for facing off against the final boss, Thunderblight Ganon, who may be the swiftest fighter of the four versions of Ganon found in the beasts. The battle comes in a couple of parts, the first of which will feature the boss low to the ground, swooping in with concentrated attacks which will require Link's battle prowess to overcome.

The second half of the fight will intensify, bringing more electricity into the mix. If Link can destroy the boss he'll purge Vah Naboris of the evil inside, free Urbosa's soul, and set both up to aim their focus at Hyrule Castle.
10. Following the completion of Vah Naboris, Riju will award Link two of Urbosa's finest items. One is the Scimitar of the Seven and the other is the Daybreaker. What is the Daybreaker?

Answer: Shield

Though Urbosa herself will gift Link with the powerful lightning attack known as Urbosa's Fury when he defeats Thunderblight Ganon, returning to the throne room in the Forbidden City will give Link the chance to claim further rewards not unlike the leaders of the other regions bestowed upon him when he wrapped up their dungeons.

In this case, however, Link gets two prizes, both of which belonged to the fearsome warrior Champion of the Gerudo. The Scimitar of the Seven is a powerful scimitar while the Daybreaker Shield is a useful defensive piece.
