Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. White Rider is technically a completely optional boss. The player must make some progress in the Labyrinth of Amala to unlock this fight. Where can White Rider be met in a cutscene, before he can be fought elsewhere?

Answer: Third Kalpa

The player will arrive upon the Third Kalpa. Of course, it is impossible to proceed further since they won't have acquired the menorahs off of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse. It is here where these riders will be met, and dialogue will be exchanged in a cutscene before they disperse, promising to meet the player in the Vortex World.
2. When his fight is unlocked, where can White Rider be confronted for the battle?

Answer: Asakusa

If the player fast travels to Asakusa using the Amala Link, they'll take two steps and White Rider will appear, assuming they've unlocked his fight.
3. White Rider has a motivation for fighting the player that is in noticeable contrast to the Fiends the player has fought prior. Why does White Rider fight the player?

Answer: To test their strength

The Fiends prior in Matador, Daisoujou and Hell Biker either wanted to take the player's menorahs or wanted to stop them from gathering anymore menorahs. White Rider isn't interested in the menorahs the player already has. Rather, the Horsemen of the Apocalypse in general aim to test the player, to see if they're worthy of forcefully taking the menorahs the Horsemen possess. White Rider clearly wants the player to even succeed in beating him, but he also makes it clear he won't simply hand the menorah over- if the player is too weak to do the deed genuinely, the Horsemen are content to wait for someone who will eventually be strong enough.
4. Using his signature "Call Angel" skill right from the get go, White Rider can immediately summon two allies to join him during his boss fight. What enemy does he summon?

Answer: Virtue

Virtue will mainly aim to spam Rakunda to lower the player's teamwide defense. If the player uses Rakukaja or Dekunda to remove this, they will prioritize constantly reapplying Rakunda over and over again.
5. White Rider can generate his own offense with his exclusive skill Prominence. Prominence is a nuke that will threaten the player all fight long. What type of elemental damage does it deal?

Answer: Fire

Prominence deals High Fire damage to random enemies. It's sadly a completely downgrade from Hell Biker's Hell Burner, which deals the same amount of damage only consistently targeting all enemies at once rather than targeting them randomly. In White Rider's hands, it still deals enough damage to threaten the player greatly.
6. White Rider begins the fight shouting at the player "Attack me, you coward! I will not allow defending!" This clearly implies the player should not use any of their turns "Passing". What happens if the player chooses to Pass on one of their units' turns?

Answer: Nothing

Despite the manner in which the line is presented, and how it clearly mentions a type of action the player can almost subconsciously take, the player is not punished at all for approaching this fight in a specific way, at least in the given context. They can freely 'defend' themselves all they'd like, and are not obligated to do any amount of damage to White Rider or his minions at any specific interval.
7. White Rider, like other Fiends, can join the player's side. What level must the player reach to do this?

Answer: 52

This is a noticeable spike up from the 42 needed for the previous Fiend, Hell Biker.
8. When fighting for the player, White Rider gains a new signature move- God's Arrow. It's rather clear why this isn't usable for him during his boss fight. God's Arrow has a high chance to do what?

Answer: Instantly kill the target

God's Arrow is a Dark element skill with a 60% chance to kill the target on the spot. This rises to 90% if the target is weak to Dark, and drops to 30% if they're resistant.
9. White Rider can be a very selfless support teammate of sorts, as he comes with one spell that can potentially really save the player's team from a bad spot against an insta-kill spamming foe. What can White Rider learn to deal with Insta-kill spells?

Answer: Tetraja

Tetraja erects a barrier that will absorb the next insta-kill spell the user and its allies are targeted by. Each individual teammate gets their own barrier and, unlike Tetrakarn and Makarakarn, it does not wear off until the fight ends or the barrier deflects an insta-kill spell.

As such, if the player doesn't want to risk being surprised by such a spell, they can have White Rider put up Tetraja as a potentially life saving precaution.
10. After acquiring the requisite Deathstone, the player must perform a Yoma fusion to obtain White Rider. Unlike past Fiends, however, the Kagutsuchi requirement is at its strictest yet. What Kagutsuchi phase must it be to create White Rider?

Answer: New

At a New Kagutsuchi, White Rider becomes available. While it is the same type of fusion needed to create Matador, it is a different Kagutsuchi phase.
